- Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has started.
- We request customers to carefully check size details, product descriptions, and measurements before placing an order.
Damaged or Wrong Product
In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Unboxing video
- Clear photos of the product
After verification, our team will assist you with the best possible solution.

Products made with custom stitching or personalized modifications are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
