- Custom stitched outfits are made according to the measurements/details provided by the customer.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing information.
- Custom stitched products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

- Orders are usually processed within 2–5 working days unless otherwise mentioned.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier services.
- Twenty Threads is not responsible for delays caused by shipping partners or unforeseen circumstances.

## No Return & Exchange Policy
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.
- All purchases are final.
